We have tried a few different suppliers in the UK but ALWAYS come back to Susmans and will only order from Susmans now. Their biltong is the best and the Peri Peri tastes great.

I was first introduced to Biltong when I was working on a game reserve in SA, this is the best Biltong I’ve ever had. Perfect balance of heat and spices that I’ve struggled to find anywhere else. Thank you for taking me back to South Africa!

Your mouth will burn in the best way possible. Great fiery nip kicks in after a couple of seconds and tingles your tongue with chilli.

Amazing hot flavor! I've had the Beef chilli biltong from Susmans on my last order and I must say although the chilli was nice the peri has a bigger kick and stronger flavor, i will definitely be ordering the peri again I had it lean and dry this time for a change and was really impressed, it only last 2 and half days though before it was all gone ! (500kg) Can't wait for my next delivery Chris

Have tried various sources for good tasting Biltong and must say Susmans stand out amongst the crowd, their biltong is prepared as you like it for spice, fat and moistness and is packaged to last, that is if you can resist it that long ;-)

Recently been introduced to Biltong, and then one of my colleagues introduced me to PROPER Biltong - Sussmans!. This stuff is amazing in terms of taste, texture and quality. We usually order a few packs as a consortium at work and there are one or two experts pointing me towards the right level of dryness (i.e. wet) how much fat to have and flavours. I find it hard NOT to eat a whole pack in one day! Also - customer service and speed of delivery are excellent.

I always struggled to get hold of good biltong until I was introduced to Susmans. The best flavour and highest quality meats. Always my place to go now.

After spending some time in South Africa I got addicted to Biltong. I've tried several other UK based companies Biltong but it doesn't come close to Susmans. When ever I visit my parents in Seaford I always stop in for some Peri - Peri Biltong.

Love the Susman's beef biltong, hard choice between the Peri peri, garlic or chilli! Sometimes I have to buy all three, which means I get a doing from the wife, but it's worth it!

I have bought Biltong from many places in the past, but since finding Susmans about 4 years ago, I havent looked anywhere else. Fantastic quality and flavour. The meat is ALWAYS consistent!

Bought for a first time the Peri Peri Wet Stick Biltong. Beef was tasty, well cooked, easy to slice off nice and thin. The peri peri however, I thought would be more infused into the beef cured with it. It seemed tho, the beef was just patted with the peri peri and came across sharp in taste and powdery. A bit dissapointing on this product. I like heat and always order the chilli bites, chilli stick which come across in a different context with taste rather than a bit like eating peri peri powde

I have tried load of other biltong suppliers in the UK and Susmans is by far the best, his biltong is just how i remember it from back home.Yes its expensive but cheap biltong isnt nice and nice biltong isnt cheap!!!

Best Biltong outside of South Africa, I buy this as a treat for the family who all love it. Has a really nice bite to it. Comes well packaged and normally the next day, great stuff!!!
