Made from premium grass-fed Aberdeen Angus Beef Silverside, our biltong stuckies are top of the class. After being hand-cut by our expert South African butcher, our beef is spiced with the Susman’s signature family recipe. It is then cut into fine sticks and slow dried for four days to give the biltong maximum flavour and perfect tenderness.

I don't know quite how many years I've been ordering these but the quality has never faltered. I even went vegetarian for a few years but these were my only exception to the rule - they're THAT GOOD!. We buy this on a regular basis, as we just love to snack on it. I don’t usually eat very much at work, mostly because I just forget when it’s busy. Literally the best stukkies this side of the Zambezi river. I've ordered from them for years and the delivery is always spot on. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. If you're pining for biltong and you live in the UK then you won't be disappointed!

I'm writing this on behalf of my daughter as she absolutely loves the 'stokkies' and would like to let the shop know! In fact even our cats love them, so much so, that they managed to pry open the cupboard whilst we were all asleep last night and help themselves!! Much to the dismay of both my daughters who prefer this to the droewors and biltong we usually buy (which are just as great by the way).

Love it, love it, love it! Having been born and brought up in Zimbabwe, there is nothing like a taste of home, and these stukkies are just the bill.
