• Join now and all your goods that you order with your purchase your Privilege Club Card will have at least 10% discount applied immediately to your bill by us, prior to it being charged to your card but it could be up to 25% (Please note that all discounts are applied manually as the web site cannot do this automatically). 
• At least 10% discount on all your goods for the next 11 purchases but it could be up to 25%, first discount given when you join our Privilege club and the next 10 each time you use your card.
• On the 11th use of your club card we will include a Free 1/2 Kg of our fantastic Original Beef Biltong with your other goods that you ordered. 
• A Free one use Privilege Card for you to give to a friend guaranteeing them at least 10% discount off all goods.
• On at least one day a year we will give all our club customers 25% discount but you will never know when this will be, it just might be your lucky day.
• We will offer other discount amounts above 10% on at least 10 other days each year so it's potluck but you will always get a minimum of 10% discount.

Terms and Conditions

• Not available to trade customers.
• You can purchase as many Privilege cards as you wish during the year.
• Membership is valid on your initial purchase and then once you have your card, so order one early and don't miss out on any discounts. Privilege cards can only be sent to you in the mail so allow 5 working days for delivery once we have received your application. Further discounts will only apply once you have your membership card.
• Your Privilege card must be shown before you make your purchases in our shop or inform our staff before you pay for your mail order over the phone. Privilege discounts cannot be given retrospectively.
• Discounts must be requested in the special instruction section on our web site when ordering. Privilege discounts cannot be given retrospectively. Please note that for online orders we will apply your Privilege discount value manually when we process your order and confirm your delivery day.
• Your Privilege card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount unless stated on that offer.
• Your Privilege card cannot be used in addition to our special offer days.
• Privilege cards are not available to Staff members of Susmans.
• Only one Privilege card can be used at a time within 24hrs from a single household.
• Privilege cards are valid from the date of issue.
• Privilege cards daily discount values will not be disclosed until after your transaction has been completed.  Staff will not be allowed to tell you the daily discount rate on the phone or in the shop, so please don't ask them. This is a new privilege so follow us and make the most of your Privilege Club Card.
• Please note that you will have to be an existing Privilege Club Card holder, to be legible to qualify for the special Privilege Club Card discount. 
• You can only use your privilege card once a day, please note that if you cancel your order after the transaction has been completed you may not use your card again within 24hrs.
• If you cancel your order after you have been notified of the daily discount value, your card will still be deemed to have been used and your privilege card will be reduced by one privilege star.
