250g of Kudu Biltong flown freshly from SA and made into fantastic biltong in our factory.
Our Kudu Biltong is made from African Kudu - we only use premium Haunch Cuts. Our butchers hand cut the meat and it's then made to our old family recipe with a mix of our own spices (coriander, course salt and pepper with a few secret spices). We then slow dry it for 5/6 days to make Lekker tasting Biltong.
Ingredients: Not less than 220% Kudu, Salt, Hydrolysed Veg. Protein, Sodium Diacitate, Citric Acid, Spice Extract. Packed in a Protective Atmosphere
Kudu biltong will be packed in 250g Vacuumed Bags, which is gas flushed to keep your biltong in 100% condition.

Wow!!! This stuff is amazing! Yes, it's not cheap but you pay for good quality and this is the best. I hate to use cliches but it really does melt in your mouth; it's the most tender and flavoursome bilton I've ever tasted and I'd give it a lot more stars if I wasn't limited to just five.

I hope that 5 is the top rating, as the biltong from Susmans is the absolute best. Having lived in Africa all my life, I've got some definite 'tastes/expectations' where biltong and wors are concerned. And not only is the actual product superb, the delivery method is excellent. Rock on, Susmans !!!

This Kudu Biltong is the best i have had from the UK. i moved over about 14 years ago and this is the only site i use to buy any food i miss from back home! I'm in the army and have recently been in Afghanistan for 6 months, i bought so much biltong and had my parents send it over to me! it kept me going! got all my friends out there on it as well! 5 stars to the service and the biltong you make! thanks so much.
