BigGreenEgg Alder Wood Smoking Planks

Enjoy a unique grilling tradition, by cooking food indirectly on a wood plank. The food absorbs the fragrant wood smoke as the plank slowly smolders. Soak the planks in water for at least an hour before placing them on the cooking grid. This ensures they will smolder, which produces the best smoke flavour, and it keeps them from burning up quickly during cooking! Alder wood gives a subtle, smokey and nutty flavour and is perfect for Salmon, meats and other seafood.
